It has more similarities with Evarcha species from China, like Evacha sichuanensis and Evarcha orientalis, than many African species.[2] EtymologyThe specific name is in honor of South African novelist André Brink.[2] DescriptionThe species was described in 2011 based on a single male holotype; the type locality was near Prieska, Northern Cape. It is small, with a yellow-orange carapace {{convert|2.5|mm|in|abbr=on}} long and an abdomen {{convert|2.1|mm|in|abbr=on}} long which is pale yellow with black spots.[2] DistributionThe species has been found in South Africa.
