Eva Sereny is a self-taught still photographer and film director. She was born in Zurich, Switzerland and lived in Italy.^[1] She is known for The Dress (1984 film),^[2] for which she won a BAFTA^[1]^[3] and Foreign Student.^[2]

Her photographs have appeared on the magazine covers including The Sunday Times Magazine, Time, and Newsweek.^[4]
