}} Express transport and its actors, the "expressists", consists in the delivery of small packages and parcel, in a limited duration from a point A (place of load decided by the carrier and not by the customer) to a point B (place of delivery). The main characteristics are of this type of transport are the speed of delivery as well as the ease of transport. It is rarely a "door-to-door" transport, contrary to the custom-made transport (or ad hoc). Most of the time, this type of transport begins in the warehouse up to the point of reception of the customer. Besides, this type of transport does not take into account the last kilometer, which is under the responsibility of the customer and not of the deliverer.
