BoundariesThe constituency encompasses Daganbhuiyan and Sonagazi upazilas.[2][3] HistoryThe constituency was created in 1984 from the Noakhali-3 constituency when the former Noakhali District was split into three districts: Feni, Noakhali, and Lakshmipur. Ahead of the 2008 general election, the Election Commission redrew constituency boundaries to reflect population changes revealed by the 2001 Bangladesh census.[4] The 2008 redistricting altered the boundaries of the constituency.[5] Members of ParliamentElectionsElections in the 2010s{{Election box begin | title=General Election 2014: Feni-3[9]}}{{Election box candidate with party link||party = Independent (politician) |candidate = Rahim Ullah |votes = 57,615 |percentage = 79.0 |change = N/A }}{{Election box candidate with party link| |party = Jatiya Party (Ershad) |candidate = Anowarul Kabir (Rintu Anowar) |votes = 15,341 |percentage = 21.0 |change = N/A }}{{Election box majority| |votes = 42,274 |percentage = 57.9 |change = +40.4 }}{{Election box turnout| |votes = 72,956 |percentage = 22.0 |change = -61.7 }}{{Election box gain with party link without swing| |winner = Independent (politician) |loser = Bangladesh Nationalist Party }}{{Election box end}} Elections in the 2000s{{Election box begin | title=General Election 2008: Feni-3[2][11][12]}}{{Election box candidate with party link||party = Bangladesh Nationalist Party |candidate = Md.
