Fifteen is an unincorporated community in Washington County, in the U.S. state of Ohio. HistoryA variant name is Fifteen Mile.[1] The community was so named on account of its location, {{convert|15|mi}} from Marietta.[2] A post office called Fifteen was established in 1872, and remained in operation until 1918.[3] References1. ^{{GNIS|1075846}}
