G-Slimm | next_year = 1997 }} Fours Deuces & Trays, is the debut album by rapper, G-Slimm. It was released on September 4, 1994 on Big Boy Records and was produced by Leroy Pecise Edwards. The album would become one of New Orleans greatest rap albums of the 1990s [1] The album featured guest appearances by the labelmates Black Menace (J-Dawg & The Threat), Insane, and Mystikal. The tracks were very similar to the West Coast rap albums such as Dr. Dre's The Chronic. It was also the first New Orleans rap album to have a G-Funk sound instead of the Hometown Bounce music rhythms of the Triggerman beats.[2][3][4]Track listing
