Plants include quaking grass, green-winged orchid, lousewort and devil's bit scabious. Hedgerows provide shelter for small mammals and birds, and both the grassland and hedges have a wide range of invertebrates.[1] There is no public access to the site but it can be viewed from Shogmoor Lane. {{commonscat}}References1. ^1 {{cite web|url= http://www.sssi.naturalengland.org.uk/citation/citation_photo/1003614.pdf|title=Frieth Meadows citation|series= Sites of Special Scientific Interest|publisher=Natural England|accessdate= 9 February 2016}} {{SSSIs Buckinghamshire }}{{coord| 51.6081| -0.84687|type:landmark_region:GB-BNE|display=title}}2. ^{{cite web|url= http://magic.defra.gov.uk/MagicMap.aspx?startTopic=Designations&activelayer=sssiIndex&query=HYPERLINK%3D%271003614%27|title=Map of Frieth Meadows|series= Sites of Special Scientific Interest|publisher=Natural England|accessdate= 9 February 2016}} 3. ^{{cite web|url= http://www.sssi.naturalengland.org.uk/citation/citation_photo/1001497.pdf|title=Moorend Common citation|series= Sites of Special Scientific Interest|publisher=Natural England|accessdate= 9 February 2016}} 2 : Sites of Special Scientific Interest in Buckinghamshire|Meadows in Buckinghamshire |
