The Future Forward Party[14] ({{lang-th|พรรคอนาคตใหม่}}, {{RTGS|Phak Anakhot Mai}}, {{IPA-th|pʰák ʔā.nāː.kʰót màj|pron}}; literally "New Future Party") is a political party in Thailand founded in March 2018[15] by Thanathorn Juangroongruangkit, former Vice President of Thai Summit Group and Piyabutr Saengkanokkul, legal scholar.[16][17]

History

In September 2018, the Future Forward Party was officially recognized by the Election Commission, allowing the party to start registering members and fundraise.[18]

  • Kunthida Rungruengkiat, academician specializing in Finland's educational system.[20]

  • Chris Potranandana, businessman and lawyer.
  • Kathawut Kath Khangpiboon, LGBT rights activist[19] and co-founder of the Thai Transgender Alliance.[20]
  • Chamnan Chanruang, adjunct university lecturer in politics and law and former president of Amnesty Thailand.[19]
  • Chotiros Naksut, writer.
  • Chaiwat Wannakhot, undergraduate,Thammasat University.
  • Thitiya Simcharoun, freelance translator and writer.
  • Taopiphop Limjittrakorn, craft beer brewer, businessman, and freelance tour guide.[19][20]
  • Thanathorn Jungrungreangkit, businessman and activist, vice president of auto parts manufacturer Thai Summit Group.[20]

Future Forward's executive committees was elected in a vote during the party's first official meeting in May 2018.[18][21]
