Gaius Claudius Crassus (c. 370 BCE - 337 BCE (33-years-old at death)) was a Roman politician from a wealthy patrician family. He was the father of Appius Claudius Caecus and the son of Appius Claudius Crassus. Family
Political careerCrassus had two major positions in the Roman government during his lifetime. The first of which being a Roman Senator. When he gained this status, or for how long it was held is unknown. The second position being a Roman Dictator.
