It is located on bank of Aner river which is sub-river of Tapi river. Ghodasgaon is 70 km from the city of Dhule. Majority of the population consisting of farmers with banana as the major product. DescriptionGhodasgaon is a village situated at the bank of Aner River, which sub-river of Tapi. Majority of the population consisting of Farmers and Gujar(i.e. Gurjar-Hindu) samaj people. Banana farms and Bhavani Devi(Goddess Bhavani) temple are the must visit places. Panchayat elections of Ghodasgaon mostly resulted unopposed/unchallenged. It is a small village with a population of 1200. The main occupation of the villagers is farming. Banana is the major fruit planted in this village. Then its followed by papaya.
