It is an excavated mound in the village of Gokul under Shibganj Upazila of Bogra.[1] It is locally popular by name Behula Lakshindarer Basar Ghar. Lakshindar Medh is another popular name of it.[2] LocationIt is about 02 km southwest of Mahasthangarh citadel and 12 km far from Bogra town.[3] HistoryAccording to the Archaeology Department of Bangladesh, estimated that it was built in between 7th century to 12th century. It is said that it was the bride chamber of Behula.
