He is currently the crew chief for the No. 88 Monster Energy Cup Series car, driven by Alex Bowman, for Hendrick Motorsports. Ives has three victories for Dale Earnhardt Jr. as well as one Xfinity Series championship with Chase Elliott in 2014.
