Johnson, Sr.[1] Early lifeJohnson earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration from Washington and Lee University.[2][1] CareerJohnson has been the CEO of Franklin since January 2004.[3] In 2011, he earned US$6.61 million, and $49.93 over the past five years.[2] In June 2013, Johnson succeeded his father, Charles B.
