Gulab Singh was an Indian politician . He was a eight term Member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly. During the Congress government in Uttar Pradesh he had served as minister.

Singh represented Chakrata (Uttarakhand Assembly constituency), and was a member of the Indian National Congress.
