He debuted primary Žalgiris Kaunas team on January 22, 2017 versus Nevėžis Kėdainiai.[2] In June, 2017, he participated in adidas Eurocamp in Treviso, Italy and led his European team to an 82:62 victory over the United States representatives team by scoring 16 points and grabbing 4 rebounds.[3] In July, 2018, Masiulis went on loan to BC Neptūnas.
