The Harbin Soviet or Harbin Soviet of Workers and Soldiers Deputies ({{lang-ru|харбинский совет российских рабочих и солдатских депутатов}}) was a soviet (council) of Russian workers and soldiers in Harbin at the time of the 1917 Russian Revolution.
