Harbour Plaza Residences is a mixed-use development in the South Core district of Toronto, Ontario. It consists of 65 and 69 storey condominium towers[1] and 200,000 square feet of retail space. Harbour Plaza’s two soaring towers are anchored by a retail podium, in addition to the One York Street commercial office tower also known as the Sun Life Financial Tower. All are directly connected to Toronto's extensive PATH network. Among the tenants of the four-storey retail podium are Coppa's Fresh Market, Mercatino, Pure Fitness, and Winners.[2] PATHThere will be an addition to the PATH network that will connect Queens Quay to Union Station.[3] References1. ^{{cite web|last1=Giuliano|first1=Dylan|title=New in Toronto real estate: Harbour Plaza Residences|url=http://www.blogto.com/city/2013/08/new_in_toronto_real_estate_harbour_plaza_residences/|website=BlogTO|accessdate=22 May 2017}} {{coord|43.64185|N|79.37909|W|display=title}}2. ^{{cite press release|url=https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/winners-coppas-and-mercatino-coming-to-downtown-toronto-in-2018-633858883.html|title=Winners, Coppa's and Mercatino coming to Downtown Toronto in 2018|publisher=Canada Newswire|date=11 July 2017|accessdate=6 May 2018}} 3. ^{{cite news|last1=McAllister|first1=Duncan|title=Toronto's condos are growing up - literally|url=http://www.metronews.ca/your-home/toronto/2016/12/01/toronto-condos-are-literally-growing-up-.html|accessdate=22 May 2017|work=Metro|date=December 1, 2016}} 2 : Skyscrapers in Toronto|Residential condominiums in Canada |
