He has been the drummer for LoCash, Nashville's Clare Bowen,[2] Ryan Follese of Hot Chelle Rae[3], Levi Hummon,[4] and Joey Hyde.[5]. Miree is known for his open-handed playing style, him being right-handed and right-footed, but playing a virtually left-handed kit, with remote hi-hat cymbal setup, and left-handed double pedal. Miree demonstrates that this gives him the option to maintain a hi-hat groove, leaving his left hand free to accent around the toms. It also allows interplay between hi-hat and ride cymbal, since he retains a ride on the right (per a right-handed setup), next to his hi-hats. CareerMiree was a founding member of the rock band Boom City,[6] which used the internet as a platform for music and videos. Boom City signed with a major rock label, toured arenas with Panic! at the Disco, and then disbanded.
