Honorary diploma awarded to the citizens and foreigners because of their success in the field of culture, art, literature, science, education, sport, civil service, legislation, politics, society, economy and international relations.

Laureates

There are a number of laureates of the honorary diploma. They are both citizens and foreigners. Mikhail Yefimovich Shvydkoy was awarded with honorary diploma for his activities in the development of cultural relations between Russia and Azerbaijan in 2018.^[2] Joseph Kobzon also awarded with this diploma in 2017.^[3] The chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Congress of Brazil, Rordrigo Maya awarded with the Honorary Diploma of the President of Azerbaijan.^[4] Mikhail Yuryevich Zabel awarded with honorary diploma for his active participation in the public life of Azerbaijan.^[5] Latifa al-Fahd al-Salim al-Sabah, the chairman of the Committee of Women’s Affairs of Kuwait was awarded with honorary diploma for her contributions on relations between two countries.^[6] Polad Bulbuloglu^[7],Salman Musayev^[8], Allahshuku Pashazadeh^[9], Vagif Behbudov, Valeh Jafarov^[10],Yusif Yosibov^[11]were awarded presidential honorary diploma for their activities in different fields.
