It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.[1] It was a one-story frame house with several elements of Bungalow, including its front porch under its hipped roof, supported by battered columns. In 1984 its roof was covered by asbestos shingles. It was built by contractor Charles H. Doenges, with design likely from a pattern book, for his brother Louis Doenges.[2] References1. ^1 {{NRISref|version=2010a}} {{National Register of Historic Places}}{{Montana-NRHP-stub}}2. ^{{cite web|url={{NRHP url|id=86002778}}|title=Montana Historical and Architectural Inventory: House at 112 Park Street / Browne Residence |publisher=National Park Service|author=John Lazuk |date=October 20, 1984 |accessdate=September 9, 2017}} With {{NRHP url|id=86002778|photos=y|title=photo from 1985}}. 3 : Houses on the National Register of Historic Places in Montana|Houses completed in 1912|Sanders County, Montana |
