The Royal Bank Cup was competed for by the winners of the Doyle Cup, Anavet Cup, Dudley Hewitt Cup, the Fred Page Cup and a host city. The tournament was hosted and won by the Weyburn Red Wings in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.
