Ichirō Kōno ({{lang-ja|河野一郎}}) (June 2, 1898 – July 8, 1965) was President of the Japan Association of Athletics Federations (1965). He was the older brother of Kenzō Kōno, his successor, and father of Yōhei Kōno. He was a graduate of Waseda University.
