}} The International Center for Information Technology and Development (ICITD) is a Louisiana Board of Regents[1]-approved center, in conjunction with educational institutions, collaborators, partners and funding agencies conduct research in advancing Information technology (IT) research, development and training globally with emphasis on least developed countries.
