Ignatios Kallergis ({{lang-el|Ιγνάτιος Καλλέργης}}) (1892-1964) was an officer of the Greek Army. It has reached the rank of Chief of Staff, participating in the Balkan Wars, the campaign in Southern Russia and the Asia Minor Campaign. He played an important role in the events of the Middle East. He took part in nine crucial battles and was honored with almost all of the brave performances. He married Elpida Karimali and acquired two children, Elizabeth and Konstantinos (Professor of Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki).[1][2][3].
