Previously he had been a member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh from 2002 to 2007. EducationShouqeen has the degree of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws.[1] Political careerShouqeen was elected to the Provincial Assembly of Sindh as a candidate of Pakistan Muslim League (F) (PML-F) from Constituency PS-82 (Sanghar-V) in Pakistani general election, 2002.
