释义 |
The International Rabbinic Fellowship (IRF) is a fellowship of Modern Orthodox Jewish rabbis and spiritual leaders. Commonly perceived as a left-wing version of the Rabbinical Council of America (RCA),[1] the IRF admits female members, and takes a liberal stance toward the ordination of women and their role in the clergy.[2] The IRF was founded in 2007 by Rabbis Avi Weiss and Marc Angel, and its current president is Rabbi Nathaniel Helfgot.
