{{Fiqh}}Islamic family jurisprudence is the fiqh of laws and regulations related to maintaining of Muslim famiy, which are taken from Quran, hadith, fatwas of Muslim jurists and ijma of the Muslims.^[1] It contains marital, sexual, child upbringing, inheritance and other related subjects.^[2]
