|awards= |relations= |laterwork= }} Jacob E. Glick was a United States Marine Corps Brigadier General who served in the Vietnam War. Early life and educationHe was born on 12 February 1920, in Burlington, Iowa. Military careerWorld War IIHe graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1941.[1] Vietnam WarGlick served as commander of the 9th Marine Amphibious Brigade on Okinawa.[2] Glick arrived in South Vietnam in January 1968 to serve as deputy commander of the 3rd Marine Division, together with BG Carl W. Hoffman.
