He holds the position of Parliamentary Secretary. Early lifeHe was born to 5th Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Jalagam Vengal Rao in Khammam in Khammam district. He has an elder brother, Jalagam Prasada Rao, a former minister. He did his Bachelor of Science in Computer science in 1990 from University of Maryland, USA.
