James Montgomery (1724-1797) was an Anglican priest in Ireland during the late 18th Century.^[1]

Montgomery was educated at Trinity College, Dublin.^[2] He was Archdeacon of Raphoe from his collation on 23 February 1783 until his death.^[3]
