She is currently serving as a Member of the Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature. She is also Provincial Leader of the Mpumalanga Democratic Alliance.[1][2] Life and careerSithole achieved a BA Degree in Communications from the University of South Africa. She also obtained a Diploma in Political Leadership and Governance from the Wits School of Governance. Sithole joined the Democratic Alliance, previously known as the Democratic Party, in 1999. Sithole had served as a councillor from 2000 until 2014 for the Emalahleni Local Municipality and also for the Nkangala District Municipality. She was elected Member of the Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature in 2014 and was appointed to the position of Chief Whip of the Democratic Alliance caucus. She sits on the committees on Public Works & Transport, Community Safety, Security & Liason, Health, and Social Development in the legislature.
