Cabinda (born March 17, 1996) is an American football linebacker for the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Penn State.[1][2][3] College careerCabinda played four seasons for the Nittany Lions, playing in 43 games and starting 36 games. He finished his Penn State career ninth all-time in career tackles with 286 and accumulated six career sacks, 16.5 tackles for loss, three forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, 11 passes defensed and one interception.[4] Cabinda was named Third Team All-Big Ten by the coaches and honorable mention All-Big Ten by the media in 2016.[5] Statistics
