}}JBJ95 ({{ko-hhrm|제이비제이구오}}) is a South Korean K-pop duo formed by Star Road Entertainment and Hunus Entertainment in 2018, now exclusively managed by Star Road Entertainment.[1] Consisting of Kenta Takada and Kim Sang-gyun, the duo debuted on October 30, 2018 with Home.[2] History2018: Formation and debutShortly after JBJ disbanded it was revealed that Kim and Takada would continue to collaborate, starring together in a web drama produced jointly by Star Road Entertainment and SBS called Barefoot Diva ({{ko-hhrm|맨발의 디바}}). A romantic comedy-drama, it tells the story of two young men in a band who meet a ghost in their recording studio. It originally aried on August 11, 2018. [3] During a joint fan-meeting held in Seoul on July 7, 2018, Kim and Takada announced that they would be forming a permanent duo, its name not yet decided. [4] On August 17, the duo's officially revealed their named JBJ95, a title which commemorates JBJ while also referring to their mutual birth year of 1995.[5] JBJ95 held their debut showcase on October 30, 2018, following the release of their first EP entitled Home. [6] 2019: AwakeOn March 10, 2019, it was announced that Kim had exited Hunus Entertainment and signed an exclusive contract with Star Road Entertainment, making JBJ95 exclusively managed by Star Road going forward.
