Jerome P. Keuper is the founder and first president of Florida Institute of Technology, and served in the position 1958-1986. Early lifeKeuper was born in Fort Thomas, Kentucky in 1921. He joined the United States Army and served in the Pacific theater during World War II.[1] CareerHe joined the Systems Analysis Group of RCA in the early days of the Space Race, and moved to Brevard County, Florida.
