Josh Rivers (born 1986) is a former editor of Gay Times. He was appointed to the job in October 2017 but terminated in November after it was discovered he had used his Twitter account in the past for homophobic, antisemitic, racist and transphobic tweets as well as body shaming and these were revealed on BuzzFeed UK. He was the paper's marketing manager before being appointed editor.[1][2][3][4][5] He completed a HND in fashion studies (2006–07) at the London College of Fashion and was a "Diversity role model" in 2016. He then worked in member relations at Soho House Group and as head of new membership at Second Home.
