词条 | Juliane Marie Jessen |
释义 |
Jessen was taught the art of poetry by her uncle, Christian Frederik Jacobi. From 1787, she spent three years as a reader for Queen Juliana Maria until she suffered from ill health. Thereafter she educated young girls. Her most notable literary works are the play Ei blot til Lyst (1815) and the anthology Smaae Mark-Violer plantede i Danmarks Digterhauge (1819).[3] She lived in Smallegade in Copenhagen where she had several famous artists as neighbours. On her death in 1832 in Copenhagen, she was hailed as a noble, affectionate woman with "a powerful soul and cheerfully bright disposition".[2] References1. ^1 {{citeweb|url=http://www.kvinfo.dk/side/597/bio/834/origin/170/|title=Juliane Marie Jessen (1760 - 1832)|publisher=Kvinfo|accessdate=1 June 2017|language=Danish}} 3. ^1 {{citeweb|url=http://denstoredanske.dk/Dansk_Biografisk_Leksikon/Kunst_og_kultur/Litteratur/Forfatter/Juliane_Marie_Jessen|title=Juliane Marie Jessen|author= Topsøe-Jensen, H.|publisher=Dansk Biografisk Leksikon|accessdate=1 June 2017|language=Danish}} 14 : 1760 births|1832 deaths|18th-century Danish poets|18th-century Danish dramatists and playwrights|Danish translators|19th-century Danish poets|19th-century Danish dramatists and playwrights|Danish women poets|People from Copenhagen|National anthem writers|Danish women dramatists and playwrights|19th-century women writers|18th-century women writers|19th-century translators |
