CareerClubsAfter winning three titles of Ukrainian Champion, he came to PlusLiga. He played one season 2008/09 in AZS Politechnika Warszawska and his team took 8th place.[3] Then he moved to ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle. In season 2010/11 he achieved first silver medal of Polish Championship. On March 12, 2011 ZAKSA, including Gladyr, achieved silver of CEV Cup.[4] In season 2011/12 he gained bronze after winning matches with Jastrzębski Węgiel. On January 27, 2013 he won Polish Cup.[5] In season 2012/13 Gladyr achieved his second silver medal of Polish Championship, in the finale his team lost with Asseco Resovia Rzeszów.[6] On March 16, 2014 he won Polish Cup with ZAKSA.[7] In 2015 he extended contract.[8] In 2016 he left ZAKSA and in September went to PGE Skra Bełchatów.[9] Sporting achievementsClubsCEV Cup
