HistoryFounder Justin Cassin was born in Sydney, Australia and emigrated to the United States during his teenage years. He studied fashion in New York and worked for several fashion designers for over a decade prior to starting his own label. Cassin is currently based in Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Sydney.[1] 2017-2019: Debut and Fashion Week AppearancesIn May 2017, Justin Cassin made its fashion week debut at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia with its Resort 18 Collection.[2] The show garnered international attention and made headlines with its opening model Jordan Barrett and celebrity attendances.[3] In 2018, the brand opened for China International Fashion Week and showcased its Resort 19 Collection at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia.[4] The latter attracted a crowd of over eight hundred guests with celebrity appearance including Jackie O, Michael Klim, DJ Tigerlily and it became the largest attended show of fashion week.
