He has been a member of the National Council for the canton of Zürich since 1999 and is a former President of the National Council.[1] BiographyStahl underwent advanced training as a Pharmacist in Neuchâtel and graduated in 1992. He supplemented his education with a diploma in small business management at the University of St. Gallen. Between 1996 and 2004, Stahl ran a pharmacy in Winterthur.
