Toussaint qualified for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro in the 100 meter backstroke.[4] Her time of 1:00.25 exactly matched the Olympic Qualifying Time.[5] She finished 18th in the heats and did not advance to the semifinals. Personal lifeToussaint is the daughter of Jolanda de Rover,[2] the Olympic gold medalist in the 200 meter backstroke at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.
