Koon Woon is a poet and editor. He was born in a small village near Guangzhou, China, in 1949. He immigrated to the United States in 1960, living for several years in Aberdeen, Washington, and later moving to Seattle. He attended the University of Washington and studied mathematics and philosophy, and later completed his B.A. degree in Liberal Studies at Antioch University Seattle. Woon also did graduate work in Literary Arts at Fort Hays State University. He edited the print poetry zine Chrysanthemum, and currently edits the online journal Five Willows Literary Review.[1] He has won a Pen Oak / Josephine Miles Award and an American Book Award for his two poetry collections.[2]Books- Woon, K.
