Lamou is a village in the commune of {{Interlanguage link multi|Dir, Cameroon|fr|3=Dir (Cameroun)|lt=Dir}} in the Adamawa Region of Cameroon.

Population

In 1967, Lamou contained 93 inhabitants, mostly Gbaya people^[2]

At the time of the 2005 census, there were 822 people in the village.^[1]
