In reading the will, they find that their parent imposes an inescapable condition to collect the inheritance: they must successfully run a "boutique hotel", for a term of one year. Thus, Virginia (Celeste Cid), Lucía (Marcela Kloosterboer), Carla (Natalie Pérez), Florencia (Violeta Urtizberea) and Miranda (Justina Bustos) will have no choice but to learn how to deal with their great differences. Cast Main - Celeste Cid as Virginia Estrella, the eldest of the sisters (32). She is insecure and often manipulated by her ex-husband, Ignacio. She is in love with Javo but doesn't want to admit to her feelings.
- Marcela Kloosterboer as Lucía Estrella, the second eldest sister (30), who comes off as cold and calculating. Her first marriage was ruined during her honeymoon when she discovered her husband was cheating on her with his scuba-diving instructor, and for that reason has given up on love. Perceived as the "bad" sister, she is actually a good person, but has a hard time expressing herself, especially towards Mariano.
- Natalie Pérez as Carla Estrella, the middle sister (28) and younger sister of Lucia, who has a playful personality. She left the love of her life at the altar, which is a memory that constantly haunts her. In vain, she tries to find love in the employees of the hotel.
- Violeta Urtizberea as Florencia Estrella, the younger sister of Virginia, who is also 28 years old. She suffers from Tourette's Syndrome, and often swears uncontrollably when she's nervous, especially at the most inopportune moments. Due to her condition, she has been bullied and has always felt like the "odd one out", constantly struggling with making friendships and finding jobs because of it. She is the most cheerful and idealistic of the sisters.
- Justina Bustos[4] as Miranda Estrella, the youngest sister (23), a love child from Mario's affair with his secretary, Coky. At the beginning of the show she works as an escort, and is known as "Mia" to her clients. Gradually, her greatest secrets are revealed, and she becomes more and more bonded to her sisters.
Recurring - Esteban Lamothe as Javier "Javo" Valdés, the lead cook of the hotel (who is a friend of Carla) and Jazmin's best friend. He has a child with his ex-wife. He falls in love with Virginia the moment he sees her.
- Gonzalo Valenzuela as Manuel Eizaguirre, a Chilean lawyer who arrives to Buenos Aires to escape his financial problems back in Chile.
- Rafael Ferro as Ignacio Basile Córdoba. Despite not technically being married to Virginia, he calls himself her "husband". He tries to dominate every aspect of her life.
- Luciano Castro as Mariano Montenegro, a stockbroker of the hotel who is in love with Lucia.
- Nazareno Casero as Dani Caccavella, a young man who Flor meets one day from a car accident.
- Nicolás Francella as Federico Alcántara, the bartender of the hotel who befriends Carla.
- Julieta Nair Calvo as Jazmín del Río, the assistant cook of the hotel, who only decides to work there because Javo is her best friend. She becomes Flor's best friend, but falls in love with her. She helps Flor become more confident, and eventually confesses her feelings to her. The two eventually marry and seek to adopt children.
