League of Pain is a video game developed by British studio Beyond Reality and published by Psygnosis for the PlayStation, DOS, and Windows in 1997. GameplayLeague of Pain is a game combining elements of ice hockey, basketball, and tlachtli, which pits two teams of four against each other.[1]ReceptionNext Generation reviewed the PlayStation version of the game, rating it three stars out of five, and stated that "once players get the hang of the game's fast pace and rhythms, the game does become mildly addictive. With 16 international teams and an option that lets you customize and trade players, League of Pain offers an interesting alternative to the standard 'real' sports games.
