It was described by Alexey Diakonoff in 1968. It is found in the Philippines (Mindanao).[1] The wingspan is about 13.5 mm. The forewings are pale fuscous, irregularly clouded and dusted with darker fuscous. The stigmata are small and black, the first discal ill-defined, the second discal at three-fifths is rounded and the plical is slightly larger, suboval and found beyond one-fourth, the terminal edge with a series of rather suffused, not distinctly separate subtriangular small dots.
