Reinhardt Professor of Economics at Princeton University where she began in 2017 as a full professor and then moved on to become a Uwe E. Reinhardt professor in 2018. She was born in Tel Aviv and came to the United States in 1996 to continue her education at Harvard University. She is also a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research in the Industrial Organization Programme and an Economic Theory Fellow with the Society for the Advancement of Economic Theory.[1][2] EducationLeeat Yariv began her education at Tel Aviv University in 1989 and received a B.Sc. in Mathematics and a B.Sc. in Physics in 1992. In 1995 she received her M.Sc. in Pure Mathematics from Tel Aviv University. Then, she continued her education in the United States at Harvard University where she received her Ph.D. in Economics in 2001 [3]. AppointmentsLeeat Yariv had two appointments in 2001, one at Yale University and one at UCLA. Another appointment at Caltech in 2005, and at Caltech again in 2008. Two final appointments at Princeton University in 2017 and 2018 [4].
