SOHO China acquired land use rights in 2013 for ¥1.922 billion RMB ($288 million USD).[4] Construction began in 2015 and is set to be completed in 2019.[5] Notable FeaturesAtriumThe Leeza SOHO features a huge {{convert|190|m|ft|0}} tall twisting atrium at its centre, which when completed will be the tallest in the world, a title currently held by the Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai. The atrium 'twists' 45° over the length of the building to allow natural light to all floors. Structural rings at each level, four sky bridges, and a double-insulated glass facade unite the two halves of the tower together. Subway ConnectionLeeza SOHO is located at the intersection of Lines 14 and 16 currently under-construction for the Beijing Subway rail network.[5] See AlsoZaha Hadid ArchitectsReferences1. ^{{cite web|title=Leeza SOHO, Beijing will top-out at 207m in September|url=http://www.zaha-hadid.com/2017/07/26/leeza-soho-beijing-will-top-out-in-september/|website=zaha-haidid.com|accessdate=28 August 2017}} 2. ^{{cite web|url=http://english.cscec.com/art/2015/6/30/art_211_216154.html|title=CSCEC 8th Bureau Wins General Contract for Lize SOHO Project in Beijing}} 3. ^{{cite web|title=Zaha Hadid Designs World’s Tallest Atrium|url=https://sourceable.net/zaha-hadid-designs-worlds-tallest-atrium/|website=sourceable.com}} 4. ^{{cite web|title=SOHO China Limited - Annual Report 2014, Page 17|url=http://www.hkexnews.hk/listedco/listconews/SEHK/2015/0408/LTN201504081561.pdf|website=hkexnew.hk|accessdate=2017-08-24}} 5. ^1 2 {{cite web|title=Zaha Hadid Architects - Leeza SOHO|url=http://www.zaha-hadid.com/architecture/leeza-soho/|accessdate=2017-08-24}} External Links
