On 30 September 2018, she held its re-election for a new representative to send to Miss World 2018 yesterday night at a televised competition. Guz one of the delegates of Miss Ukraine 2018 who represented Kherson Oblast, was crowned Miss Ukraine 2018 at the show and will now represent Ukraine in Miss World 2018.
