The school is about {{convert|2|km|spell=in|sp=us}} south-east of Livingstone City.[2]. The school is also known for winning the 2016 Copa Coca-Cola football tournament in Zambia.[3] Linda High school selects Grade 7 and Grade 9 candidates from within Livingstone. There is a first and second selection; the first selection is for students coming in the morning and the second selection is for students coming in the afternoon.
