Although Ken bombs his audition, his rant afterwards makes the producer (Dan Harmon as himself) like him for a different role on the show. With the new role requiring a regular cast member, Ken has to decide between medicine and his dream of comedy. Almost lost in Ken's excitement is Molly's announcement that she has been accepted at Stanford. Meanwhile, Pat's ex-wife Tiffany (Nia Vardalos) shows up unexpectedly at the office, saying she's changed and wants Pat to give her another chance.LineColor =10620D
